Let there be cake.

Oven fixed, Mrs Simac spent this morning re-doing the Christmas cakes. Here they are, the main one, one for my son and a tester, cooling prior to a dash of alcoholic addition. The alcoholic additionin the photo is a nod and a wink to one of my blipmates!
