I took one of my cousins out shopping today. She needed some new clothes in preparation for winter and we wanted to make an attempt at finding a birthday present for my aunt as well. She held my hand for dear life as we made our way through the masses of people at different metro stations, and asked me an unending number of questions about the things we say and encountered on our way. It was cute, and good to take her out for a bit.
WE arrived home and a little wet from walking from the station home through the rain. I was surprised to find a package on the dining table for me. It was a little 'take care of yourself' package from the amazing Ms. Harrison, filled with a number of lovely and very thoughtful things. I had tears in my eyes, missing this girl a tonne!
In the evening, I was supposed to go out again to meet friends for dinner and a movie night, but in all honesty, I couldn't be bothered. Feeling I've hardly been home all week, and with it being a bit disgusting outside, I was too lazy to trek out again. Instead, my aunt taught me to sew, with a proper machine and everything. Who knows, I might launch my own clothing line once I get professional. :P For the rest I read my book, and had some much needed time to myself.
