Up the hill and a cold wind blowing , I even had long trousers on. Juno played with the usual dogs.

Work was a walk of 500 miles.

Cylced home to take Juno out for a walk, usual service will resume on Monday. The hill was quiet, I spotted some foraging opportunities.

Back to wortk and left early for coaching.

For the wee ones I covered tackling, the ones that listened came on. It was different celebrating tackles rather than goals.

Over to take the older girls, took the 17 and 15s, a simple but effective session.
