You can't find an Alice Munro book in Victoria for love nor money! There's nothing left at Munro's on Government, all the independents are sold out, nothing at any of the chains, no luck on amazon.ca, and even the Greater Victoria Library system has been stripped bare! Much the same across Canada, by all accounts.

Only thing available is my really rather awful snap of the entrance to Munro's Books on Government Street with a swiftly conjured tribute to the ex-wife ... the Nobel Prize winning ex-wife. They're still friends. Bless 'em.
