Jam!

I made two sorts of plum jam today, the lighter one is made from Victoria plums (see yesterday's blip) and the darker red is made of plums from the trees in the lane - they make a lovely tangy jam, they are very old trees and I don't know the variety, I think they may be Czar plums..
