Any ideas? (Back blip)

I bought my Mum a bunch of flowers when we were staying there and this was among them. It has 4 - 5 stems off a main stem and a single flower on each of the stems. Does anyone know what it is?

PS I have now found out, it is Safflower or Orange Carthamus Tinctorius !
