Time off

I spent the day ambling round the shops - something I would never have done before. It was very pleasant to be fair. I got some bargains n much needed new trainers. Breakfast, lunch n dinner out today....ooopppsss.

When you are not rushing around at 100mph, it's amazing what you notice....like this unusual wall with the spire in the background.

I have caught up on my zzzzz and the calmness seems to be returning. Thank heavens. :-)
