I got home in time for a quick catch up with Samantha and an even quicker coffee before setting off for rugby training with Joshua.
The U13's, having been hammered mid-week playing as Falmouth School, asked for some forward coaching.
Step forward yours truly.
It was a good session, the lads now know how to bind, set themselves and what to do on both theirs and the oppositions 'put in'. We covered line outs, both attacking and defending and a little mauling, so let's see if they remember it.
It was a warm, balmy evening, T shirt weather.
