Grey Rainy Sunday

What a grim old Sunday. Perfect for staying in your pyjamas and snuggling on the sofa with the heating on.

Not us though, we braved the rain and headed out for a 6 mile run down by the river. The Husband is in training for the "tough guy" run in january. (15k followed by a 2 mile horendous assault course including freezing water and electric shocks!). So getting out in the cold rain was a good first week training for them!

THe rest of the evening shall be spent as mentioned first! Roast dinner and a glass of Rioja to perfect!
