Eternal Father, strong to save,
Whose arm hath bound the restless wave,
Who bidd'st the mighty ocean deep
Its own appointed limits keep;
Oh, hear us when we cry to Thee,
For those in peril on the sea!

Even if you are not religious, there are some hymns that have a resonance well beyond their original brief, i.e abide with me, I vow to thee my country etc...this reminds me of loss on such a rainy grey day, and those on ships out in the storms..see RNLI
