Chicken stock

Samuel said that he would like some home-made chicken soup and so here I am this evening busy boiling up chicken bones and vegetables. Samuel was more put off by the fact of that I was boiling vegetables in the stock than the fact that I was boiling the bones of a once living creature. Children, eh!?
