Homemade Indian Delights

For your visual feast, I present one of D's specialities - Indian Food.
This is Prawn Vindaloo.
All the spices used were freshly ground, imparting such an exciting clean, fresh taste.
The Naan Bread was made from scratch, using Kalanji seeds and my homemade Kefir.
The Homemade Lime Pickle in the jar took 5 weeks to make in all.
We enjoyed this meal with the company of our eldest son, Daniel, visiting for the weekend.
Having been on a 3 day juice fast just prior to this feast enhanced our enjoyment and appreciation immensely!
