Cookies for Phoebe

My niece's birthday is the 17th. We celebrated this weekend as they are home for the holiday. Samantha has always been Phoebe to me. Confusing but special. Phoebes goes to Wentworth in Boston. She is in her sophomore year. Today we celebrated her 20th birthday. I decided that she would be the recipient of my pizzelle experiment. The almond ones were great as were the anise but the chocolate mint were great. Ok they rocked. So close your eyes and imagine chocolate, mint and a crunchy pizzelle.
