Buddha looking back at you

The representations of Buddha in Thailand are varied and many. But each of them has a character and attitude of its own. This one is caught between two pillars guarding the approach. The Thai people are very reverential of their temples and Buddhas without being doctrinal about the religion. It is nice to observe and sit on the fringes.
