Extra strength Scarecrow

Today has been grey, wet and miserable so I decided to try to find something colourful to blip. This is more of a decorative scarecrow and I like the fact that he has a sign to help scare away the birds. If he doesn't do the trick (which I don't think he would as he looks far too friendly), the sign should work perfectly for the more literate of our feathered friends.
