Taqueria de Mexico

In Waltham, MA there's a fantastic Mexican food place called Taqueria de Mexico. I've blipped them before. Some of the best Mexican food around. Coming from the west, good Mexican food is one of the things I miss most.

This was my post-ride (we single-speeded like madmen with guys on their cyclocross bikes) fuel up: chicken enchiladas.

The photo doesn't make it very appetizing, but damn, it was good.
