The Colour of Rain

I have been to the physiotherapist this morning and he was really brutal with me, stretched me into shapes that made my eyes water and now I feel like I've been hit by a bus. He says my back muscles need to be strengthened and has given me a sheet of exercises to do, which I promptly (accidently) put into the letterbox when I posted a birthday card to my daughter on the way home. Now I'm having to try to remember what they were until I receive a new sheet in the post - doh :-)) I didn't enjoy the session very much and I'm glad I haven't got to go back for two weeks, I just hope the exercises have started to work by then, so that I can kick him in the shins when he overdoes it (only joking) ;-))
We have had rain again today but more showery this time, so I nipped out between showers for this blip.
