Very Solar

Greg (left) is the man who hires me to paint his & his wife's house. Here he shows the part of the house he's most proud of: the roof, which is completely covered by solar panels. Greg gets all the electricity in the house from the Sun and sells the surplus back to the city. When I spend many hours melting old paint off the house with an electric heat gun, he reminds me that all the heat comes courtesy of Mother Nature.

I have been hearing about these panels for over a year but never saw them before this. I was favorably impressed, as was a neighbor across the street, who had his own roof covered with the panels as a result of Greg's enthusiasm.
