Redstart

Yes, I know ... another redstart, but this one is a female.

It looks pretty good in large!

Beautiful day today - I caught up with an old friend who has a business in the south of Toulouse ... he builds wooden houses, which is useful, as this may what I may do if I can find some land.

We sat in the sunshine outside of his workshop chatting and drinking coffee ... that was nice.

I wont be difficult with the land - it needs to be :

Big
On a hill
Isolated (no neighbors for a Km or 2)
Have some forest
Have a river / lake
Be cheap
Not far from a village
That's it for now, although I'm sure I'll think of another criterion or criteria ... should be easy enough to find ...
