17th Century joints!

I've met butt joints, dovetail joints, mortise and tenon joints, box joints, lap joints, mitre joints, rebate joints, tongue and groove joints, but this is entirely new to me! Maybe it was a 17th century speciality and simply fell out of fashion! It's in the old Yarn Market in Dunster, where we stopped (for coffee and cake of course) on our way back from the Lighthouse writing retreat. I've just backblipped for the last three days, when we were there, and Cathaber has her blips of the sojourn too.
