Wemyss bay beach

Was planning to go for a walk down to the beach after work for a bit of fresh air but have to nip back into work . Doing some education/refresher for syringe drivers and night shift staff can't make it in during the day so I've agreed to go in tonight. Shouldn't take too long and I live 15 minutes from the hospital so I don't mind. Kids off school this week. Nana not doing great, carers found her leaving the house tonight, worrying .
