Ghibli Double

I decided to have a Ghibli film day, though I could have possibly had a jollier time of it!

I'd seen Princess Mononoke before, many moons ago, so was looking forward to watching it again. I remember being amazed at the animation of the demons. Grave of the Fireflies has been sitting on the shelf for a long time waiting for me to muster the courage to watch it and I finally did. It's beautiful and sad and I'm glad I finally watched it.
