Fungus (without the bogeyman)

When I first spotted this I thought it was discarded orange peel but as I got closer I noticed it was a variety of fungus. Toe is now black and blue and I'm not looking forward to wearing proper shoes at work tomorrow. The wrinkly managed to flood the bathroom taking a shower, we had water dripping through the living room ceiling. The cat was not best pleased, she had been sitting on the back of the couch when the water started dripping on her head.
