Flowers, a glass of wine and freshly baked cookies, just some of the things you can try when selling your flat. With two views tonight we've opted for flowers... Didn't seem to work, it's always hard to tell but I'm pretty sure they weren't interested. At least it's people through the door... Next time... Cookies!
