In the pink

Today began and ended with grey skies and rain. I usually work from the 'comfort' of my home office but today had to go into work to be shown how to use a computer programme that I'm not very familiar with. I'd taken my camera thinking I might stop off somewhere interesting on the way home but ran out of time.
A good part of the afternoon was taken up with taking , our youngest cat Missy to the vet once again with a recurrence of her eye ulcer. She's now feeling a bit better and sleeping peacefully but not up to being blipped so I popped out into the garden where our patio roses continue to flourish, whatever the weather!
