Pelicans

Anyone who has ever passed through San Remo on route to Phillip Island at around 11:30am will have witnessed the flock of Pelicans who cruise into the little beach at San Remo to be feed by the generous proprietors of the Fresh Fish Co-op.

Its just a smorgasboard for pelicans, they jostle for position, snap at each other and even pose for the photographer..

I captured this image after feeding time when they were cleaning themselves up..
