and 13 year old Hen had a good check-up with good blood work! It's been a month since the night of the four seizures and he has adjusted very well. Perhaps put on a few pounds due to the phenobarb (okay...10% of his body weight) which we expect to get off as his activity levels continues to increase back to normal. It looked so grim that while I remained hopeful I also tried to prepare myself for the worse case scenario. I think he looks darn good...what do you think?
