The start of a new day, at a careers fair in Scunthorpe. Up before the sun to get here for a 7am start. Freezing cold marquee and I'm not dressed appropriately. Gonna be a long day until we can pack up at 8pm and the roof is leaking. And it's raining. I feel a little disheartened today. Lack of sleep I think. Anyway, smiley face on as I have students to recruit!!x
