This is the name of this artwork by a young artist called Belinda Smith. It is made of porcelain tiles, and is outside the new Helensvale Library,

It is meant to be open books, but I think it looks like birds flying.

The new library is very modern, and appears to have everything, but it doesn't have that warmth and bustle the old library had.
