The tree of life!!

Some of the ladies working on the set of kneelers for the church. There were eight of us at one stage.....quite noisy!!

I have been responsible for the tree (bottom right) which is now completed. Also lots of infilling background stitches. My neighbour J who has managed this project and done a great deal of the stitching, has made sure that everyone involved has completed an individual item on one of the canvases, so that in future we can say “that was mine”, rather than randomly point and say “I did some of the green bits”.

Early blip today as I have some socks to machine sew in preparation for the next few days away and then a trip with the village theatre group to see Dirty Dancing at the Piccadilly Theatre in London.
