Red Admiral Butterfly

I haven't seen any butterflies up here in the garden this year so it was a surprise to see some today on this hebe bush. It was alive with bees and bluebottles and 4 or 5 butterflies.
A lovely morning but clouded over a bit this afternoon. I went up to Scourie to the shop and then up to A's for some potatoes. I spent a little while in the garden but the midges chased me in.
