As Autumn Falls

Sunday was such a wet and miserable day I didn't even bother opening the curtains!

It was only later that a shaft of sunlight broke through the curtains that I realised there was still a faint hope of a walk and a photo.

And it was a beautiful hour before darkness fell as the sky tried to decide what colour it wanted to be, like a confused chameleon at Mardi Gras. I was happy - as long as it wasn't grey :o)

Thanks for the response to yesterday's photo - I've actually managed to do a bit of commenting the past couple of days!! Shock!!! Yes Indeed!!! Forgive me if I haven't said hello for a while (a lonnnnnng while....)
