Bedtime milk

Big day out today, we went all the way to Cardiff to my office to see all the guys and girls.
The boys were wonderfully behaved no crying or screaming whilst in the office and they had plenty of cuddles which they loved.

They been a bit unsettled since we came home but I put that down to having three feeds of aptimal as we had run out of or lactose free formula. They are back on it now as we picked it up from the chemist on our return from Cardiff.

Have upped Elliot's bedtime fed to see if that settles him better for bed so far he seems peaceful but I'm still holding him as Isaac doesn't want to settle and is gizzling which will probably disturb him if I put him down. I will be glad when the aptimal is out of their system for good.

Children's clinic went well yesterday and they are now fully discharged from the hospital, we just have to try and get them to sleep less on the left hand side of their heads as it's getting a bit flat on that side . I am trying they just seem to naturally fall to that side but we will persist.
