Selfie

or is it selfy? Aparently this word has made it into the dictionary - meaning to take a picture of oneself. Although it isn't the easiest thing to do with a dSLR!

I had my flu jab at work today, and my arm is aching, and there is a painful hard area about an inch in diameter where I got jabbed! :( But I'm sure it's all worth it in the end.

We all get a sticky after - and for some reason I got given 2, but thankfully only one jab!
