Day 269 - False Sunset

We went for a drive down to Wemyss Bay today and the sky was a funny colour looking south. This was taken about 1pm. Odd!

We also went down to Largs for a quick walk along the 'beach'. I turned to Dale and said "Just be careful on the algae - it's slippy".............. Then proceeded to fall on my arse!

We went home via Balloch to walk the dog again. We stopped next to the water and Dale threw a fat stick in the water for Aonghus to retrieve. We normally don't throw them very far in because he doesn't like swimming and he usually gets bored after 2 minutes of stick throwing! BUT for some reason today he decided he wanted to swim AND retrieve the stick! It was lovely to watch him in the water but he's out for the count tonight!
