Phew

Jimjam is now without a gall bladder full of stones. It went well, and ended up open sugery rather than keyhole. Any surgery is worrying, but when you have a VP shunt, the risks of infection are far higher. Shes now asleep in a morphine induced haze so hopefully a good night sleep by all. (last night she was awake all night singing at the top of her voice, yawn.) This was the last cuppa of the night before Alex went home. And bumped into another James Hopkins Trust mum in the parents room. So a quick chat (much to the disgust of one of the dads trying to watch the footie) then back to see Alex off home.
A somewhat eventful day.
