Shetland Producers Supper

A friend mentioned this event on Twitter at the weekend and, seeing the menu, I immediately booked us places for it. Wow! This was a stand out meal from first course to last. Everything beautifully yet simply prepared, making the most of the delicate and fine flavours. Highlights were the lamb - succulent and tasty - and the deliciously light honey dessert. All power to hardworking and passionate small producers everywhere.
