Sea Spray

Finally I think I have beaten the lurgy that took up residence in me some weeks ago. Feeling less energy sapped and the coughing etc has diminished noticeably. Must be due for a good nights sleep soon!!

Mother to her exercise class this morning and then coffee in the car overlooking the sea from Wilson's Drive. Long low oily waves breaking with a flourish of spray. High tide so not many intrepids walking the sands.
