The Lovely Nikki

Back to Pilates today!. Generaly I'm part of a class,but cos of the current struggle I'm doing an individual session with Nikki in her Pilates studio ( note the skeleton back left ).
I have a huge respect for this woman. She came to Pilates cos of developing Ankelosing Spondelitis herself, so exercise became critical for her. I must have been doing a class with her for a good 10yrs, so it's thanks to her Orthopaedics are impressed by my moblity. Her own limitations make her very thoughtful and creative of others.
I did get another pic of her lovely grin. She was a bit thrown by my arriving with camera. I like this : Nikki concentrating. She works very hard for us: bless her.
