Green Gym, afternoon run
Have managed to stick to this week's plan (so far!) and completed a split, 5-miles this afternoon ...
... did 2.5miles out to the 'Green Gym' at Hailes Quarry Park (just off the canal) - thus the picture ;-)
Both sections, same stats, as below - interspersed with 20-minutes, mild work-out at the Gym :-)
So, today's figures
Date: 16/10/13
Height: 6 ft 4inches
Weight: 15stone 9pounds (yay!)
Distance run: split 5-miles (2 X 2.5)
Pace: 9-mins/mile
Half-marathon on Sunday morning, the next target!
