Saw my GP this morning to keep him updated on goings-on and also popped into the charity shop to keep them informed (well, as informed as I can!) too. Haven't had as bad a week as last week so far so hoping to go to work tomorrow and be able to do my volunteering on Friday :)

I've even managed to run the hoover round, get me! Time for a cuppa now though :)
