7.30am Connel....

just had to stop and capture the moment before carrying on with my day.

It may have been a red sky in the morning which is supposed to be a shepherds warning of a bad day ahead but it stayed dry, very cold but quite nice.

Definitely on the mend but had to have a wee half hour power nap in the middle of the day just to see me through!
