Rain Water falling from Ipswich 'Wine Rack'

The Ipswich 'Wine Rack' is a concrete skeleton intended as a block of flats as part of the Water Front regeneration - but it never happened following the financial crash. After rainfall, drops continue to fall from the concrete structure.
