All by myself!

Was hoping to replicate Cara's lovely sunny walk by the sea today and it was cool but dry all day but by the time I got out of work the heavens opened and we were absolutely drenched.

We did walk along by the water but it was dark and grey and menacing.

On the way back to the car I noticed lonely Mr Dandy Lion in a whole field of no other flowers and I felt it warranted a blip.
You can't tell from this pic but the rain was lashing down so much that I was worried my phone was going to get water in it as it got so wet.

Glad to shut the blinds when I got in and get snug and cosy. It's been that kind of day.
I'm posting this nice and early so there's no excuse not to get to bed at a reasonable hour this evening!
