To the Picture House earlier for a gig by Magazine. Turned out to be a great night for meeting up with old friends and faces from the past.'The woodworm squeaks...' as one of them put it. Best of all was unexpectedly bumping into Paul - who's been in Japan for the last 16 years - but we also discovered that JB who we hadn't seen forever now lives 2 minutes away and occasionally goes to the same pub quiz.
As for Magazine, it was a set built round a song by song run through of the lyrically excellent The Correct Use of Soap - a massively under-rated album at the time.
