Fancy chimneys

I love this little row of almshouses. The brickwork is a joy to look at but it is the chimneys that really impress me. If you look large you will see that each brick is handmade with the pattern as an integral part. Reading used to be famous for it's brickmaking trade and these were probably made in it's heyday.
I have tried to blip these from the front but there is a modern lampost right in the middle, a no parking sign, a telecomms box, a big aerial, a 'for sale' sign, and dustbins. Perhaps they want to remain unblipped!
