Pumpkin Bread

Even though it was 85 degrees today and the leaves are all very green here in Florida, I still want to experience Autumn. I have all kinds of fall decorations, pumpkins, scarecrows, leaves, berries, wreaths and more through out the house. And today I baked two loaves of Pumpkin Bread. The smell of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger was heavenly! I wrapped up one of the loafs to give to our new neighbors that moved in next door. We are excited to welcome them to the neighborhood and have a chance to get to know them.
