James on the South Rim Trail of the Grand Canyon

A great day overall.

We slept in a bit.
Free breakfast.
Park Ranger told us how and where to look for 270 million year old fossils (way cool).
We hiked along the rim until Bob started whining & my joints joined the pity party (about 2 miles on an unpaved trail).
Then we hopped on a bus back to our car.
A little rest at the hotel.
Out to dinner.
Home tomorrow.
