Police Memorial

This is a police memorial that is so huge to capture names of fallen police officers. Yet everyday it is defaced by joggers using it to exercise on and run up and down its stairs. How disgraceful to those fallen officers and their families that visit. Even so when joggers are told they have not a clue and will probably continue everyday with their same routine. Even told a high school coach not to allow his 20 + team not to use it and he just waved me off. So sad.
