Dad and I went for a walk down the other side of the river this evening, which made a nice change for my photography!
Back to uni today, and back to my Social Research class for the first time in a month - we were given two weeks off to do our research. It wasn't a very interesting class - my teacher talked a lot, and while the information was useful it was pretty boring.
I seem to spend a lot of time at the moment wandering around alternative supermarkets and food shops looking for low-FODMAP foods. This afternoon I tried Thomas Dux, which is a big organic alternative supermarket in Richmond. I came away with a few things (including dairy free ice cream, oh yeah) but I'm still struggling with certain aspects of the diet.
Spent some time essaying this afternoon before going for a nice walk down to the river.
I took a few nice shots this afternoon but this one, to my surprise, is my favourite. I'm surprised cos it's the first one I took and I sometimes think it takes a few photos to really hit my stride. Anyway, I like that it's in black and white because the contrast between the hollow tree and everything else makes this photo stark and quite intense.
